  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • 1 tablespoon of Himalayan or Sea salt
  • 2-3 drops of essential oil (coconut/olive oil)

How to make the spray

  • Step 1 – Get a clean or sterilized bottle
  • Step 2 – Mix 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 cup of cooled boiled water until it completely dissolves
  • Step 3 – Add 2 – 3 drops of your essential oil
  • Step 4 – Mist your face and spray all over the skin, do avoid your eye area
  • You can also apply with a cotton pad as a toner.
